Order Cancellation.


 Cancellation of the order can be made within 12 hours from the time the order was placed and paid for. After 12 hours, the order cannot be cancelled. Please contact the studio to cancel the order.

Return Package or Product.


 A return of a parcel or product can be made up to one week (7 days) from the date of receipt. In order for a return to be accepted, the product must meet the following requirements:

2. It must be returned in its original packaging, which must also be in very good condition.

3. The packaging of the product must be returned exactly as it was when it was received, with care to avoid damage.

4.Shipping costs for any exchange or return are the sole responsibility of the customer.

 


Necessary Photos:

 

 To accept a return, photographs of the product prior to return are required to prove that the product is in good condition. These photos must be emailed to our email address prior to shipping the product.

Charges in case of Damage or Loss:
 
 If the product is damaged or lost during the return process, the customer will be charged the cost of the product. It is important to ensure that the product is well packaged and safely shipped to avoid such charges. 
 
Alternative Returns:
 
 Alternatively, a return can be made by delivering the product to our studio. In this case, the refund will be made in the same way as the payment for the order was made. In this case, the return will be made in the same way as the order is paid for by the same method of payment.

Defective or Broken Product Return Policy
 
*Exceptions for Products on Sale:
 
 First, we need to make sure that the product has not been purchased from the discount or defective selection, where there may be a defect as listed in the product description. In these products, changes are not accepted. It is important that before purchase, the customer has seen the product in detail for any details and defects, as returns of these will not be accepted. 


*Returns of Defective or Broken Products:
 
 When a product arrives broken or defective in any way, the first thing the customer should do is contact the studio, either by email or phone. Once approval for the replacement is given, we proceed to package and return the product at the store's expense. The customer is not charged for the cost of changing the product.

Return Procedure:
 
 The return can be made either by the same parcel. The customer must contact the shipping company and declare a return to the recipient or deliver to the nearest courier store with which the shipment was made.
It is important that the packaging is made as good as possible as it was originally. Once the studio receives the defective or broken product, they will contact the customer and proceed to replace it with the same or a different product, or issue a refund upon request.
 
Attention!!!  The return of a parcel is not accepted if there is no prior communication. 

Change/cancellation of a seminar-workshop:

Change in Program and Transfer:

 Changes in schedule or transfer to a subsequent workshop/seminar are only possible if the studio is notified at least three (3) days prior to the scheduled date of the seminar.
- Transfer to a subsequent workshop is only possible if there is availability in the schedule. If there is no workshop available, a refund will be made. 
 
 If cancellation is made within three (3) days of the scheduled workshop date, no transfer will be made and no refund will be given for any reason.
